so honestly what are the qualifications for Pick 3 cuz i was told by a rep that having a SERO plan may seem like that would be a qualification cuz there seems to be a trend that the people with SERO have an easy time getting the Pick 3 feature but thats prolli not the reason

When I got it on my sero plan I had to call retentions and ask for it then. I never gave a threat to them I was leaving I just simply asked, if I would have been told no then that would have been ok. If you have a plan under $40 it is $5 per line. If it is $40 and over it is a free add on per line.

Don't you have to be on Ensemble to get the feature?

I got converted to Ensemble a little over a week ago. Last Friday, I emailed Sprint and they told me that I can have this feature on my account but they told me to call Account Services by dialing 1-877-775-4886 from a landline phone. I did this last Saturday (had to wait 25 minutes for a rep. to pick up). I told them that I received an email from Sprint Ecare saying to call this number and I also told them that "since I already have Sprint to Home on my account for $5/month extra, I would like to add Sprint Pick 3 since I am on the new billing system." The women put me on hold, checked my account, and came back on the phone 2 minutes later and added it and I told her the 3 numbers that I want. I verified they were on my account by calling them and checking my usage (it took it out of M2H unlimited).

If your bill is under $40 it costs you $5 a month - over $40 and it's free. - sheureka

I read about this over at HoFo. It said the exact same thing. My bill is only $30/month plus $5/month for the Pick 3 feature. IMHO, it is still worth it since for just $5 per month, I can call 3 numbers anytime before 7 pm and not have to worry about how long I talk on my phone. I normally used 200 minutes out of my 500 F&F minutes calling my 3 M2H numbers.

yeah but i wanna see what they'll give me for free.........and i think that this wont be as much of a problem with 7PM cuz people who sign up for SERO now actually have it included.........thats how i got them to give me unlimited text messaging

trust me..it's not on verizon. they don't give anything away. the only thing i ever heard about them giving out is 100 bonus minutes for 6 months if you signed a 3 year contract extension!!! gee, thanks! how generous. i don't know if it is true, but i would not be suprised since you never hear freebie stories about Vzw. I hope you Sprint people get this feature company wide. As a my circle customer, i am telling you, you'll love it. it was a great day the day alltel gave its customers the feature without even asking. it was like a gift!

I have heard good things on metro they have really good plans. I do have the choice to get Cricket as they have a killer $25 plan and they are very very good here as they have started to fill out their service. I would like to see a cricket metro merger.

    Pick3 Qualifications

    Any plan is qualified.

$40 and more gets you Pick3/Sprint2Mobile for FREE ($0.00)

Having a $30 or less plan you will have to pay for Pick3/S2M ($5.00), unless you currently have the free/credited Sprint2Home (a $5.00 credit) - if you have that then the $5.00 credit will be applied to Pick3 upon your request.

Must be in ENSEMBLE billing system.

    Hope this helps!

Well because they either put in a wrong code, or made a mistake and give you some kind of credit. The conclusion seems to be that is should be $5 for you so take what you got and be happy.:browani:
