Has anyone ever had their Verizon (or any other phone for that matter) phone lock on its own and go into Spanish? I have 5 phones in my plan. The four in Massachusetts have, since July 2008, locked and gone into Spanish. The problem gets even worse once dyalight saving time arrives. The phones now lock and go into Spanish, change into airplane mode, independent mode, and cannot get a signal (they have EV as the signal). I spend way too many hours at the Verizon store and on the phone with tech support. They have replaced our phones at least 5 times and the problem keeps coming back...even as soon as I travel 9.2 miles home. Please help! There has never been another instance of this as Verizon tells me.
