    The phone I have is broke.I'm paying for the service,but can't use it. A friend of mine just bought a new one,and gave me her old phone.How can I get it activated?

    What Carrier? What sort of phone were you given (Manufacturer and model)?

    It's a motorola,v60x,and the carrier is alltel. I don't even know if this phone works.

    That phone will work with ALLTEL. Just call up customer service and have them activate it for you.
