Alright, I had a Moto Q from Alltel, and it got destroyed. I'm a mechanic at a local dealership, and there are many hazards for phones. Especially for expensive ones. I dropped mine in a bucket of used motor oil. =/ Anyway, I had to get a new phone, and I was curious if anyone knew the codes you put into your phone, to change the number over? I've done it one time, but that was having an alltel rep. tell me what to do. Soo. yeh. =/

You will have to call Alltel. They need to add the ESN number for your new phone to their system (found under the battery). The manual instructions to program a phone are specific to the model of your new phone and to your location. After the ESN number is added to your account, the rep will first try an over-the-air activation of your phone which will add everything you need.
