I received my V3m as a Christmas gift, along with the Music Essential Kit, and was immediately able to use it after installing-no problem. I only bothered syncing my phone once or twice, only to put on 36 songs. Now that I'm ready to expand my library, my phone won't sync with Windows Media again  . The error says "Connect Failure Please check your cable connection to the pc." I suppose there could be something wrong with my USB. Any ideas? Thanks :O

Is the usb cable plugged into the SAME usb port? Sometimes that is the issue, especially if u are going from success when plugged into a usb port on the backside of the computer tower, and then later plugging into a front usb port, or a extended hub. So try the back of the comp if u havent already to see if that helps. Good luck!

Thank you very much for the reply, seemed sensible. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I guess I'll ask my sister's bf to come over, he works for Verizon.

If you didnt do so, plug it directly to your computer. Keep retrying and restarting your phone(this happened to me to and It fixed it eventually) :)
