    I am assuming you mean sending an E-Mail with or without attachments from a computer to your phone, if so then the address is "123-456-7890@vtext.com"

    I just wanted to add the following. Charlyee is absolutely right.

    For plain text messaging your email address is yournumber@vtext.com

    For pic messaging/sending ringtones,etc. it's yournumber@vzwpix.com

    I send messages/ringtones all the time to my best friend on verizon and she always gets them ;)
