I'm glad this feature will be available. The less paper, the better. T-Mobile may be a little late with some features and options, but they eventually catch up.
Lol they do seem behind on a lot of things. Voicemail, paperless billing, high-speed web, etc. But hey... you can't beat their online CS and competetive plans!
I'm thinking it is mostly because of the fact that DT got into the US cell market much later than the others. I remember when VoiceStream relaunched as T-Mobile in Summer 2002, they started service in the Los Angeles area as well, where Verizon/Cingular/AT&T/Sprint/Nextel had been operating for years. Being late to the game is a common pattern for T-Mobile, but once they do catch up, they become an even greater value. I agree that their plans are awesome. In fact, I've been using my T-Mobile phone more than my Verizon phones lately. I am quite happy with them.
I was with T-Mobile before Verizon I do agree they have great service but for those areas that T-Mobile did not have service Verizon did so I went to them. If it were not for these reasons then I would probably still be with T-Mobile. For the record I hope you all saw my J/K to the right bottom of the caveman picture!!
LoL....I saw it Ryan. We know you were kidding Ah, yes those were the days of TMobile making cell towers out of bark and mud
They seem to do it better than most other carriers, though. I've been with T-Mobile since last November and I'm pretty loyal. I see Cingular commercials on TV and wonder if they had service here if I would be with them or not... I'm not 100% positive but I think I'd probably still be with T-Mobile. They have great customer service, adequate coverage in my area, all the features I want/need and good price plans. Plus, they randomly gave me an MDN where the last four digits are 3845... EVIL.
Though the good and the bad of carriers is based on user experience, I have to agree that, for me, T-Mobile is pretty good. I originally planned to keep T-Mo until my contract was up in September. I had planned to keep Cingular (mostly because of M2M and Rollover). That is until billing and coverage issues started to crop up. I found that T-Mobile's 1000 mins. plan was worth its weight in gold for me. I have never even come close to hitting the 1000. I realized I never was concerned about the "time of day" or M2M when using T-Mo. It became clear to me that Cingular was NOT working out, and that T-Mobile was the better value. This is where I am now. Lately I've been using T-Mo more than Verizon... What's up with that!!
I have to be honest I would love to try Cingular but the only thing keeping me with Verizon is: *Honestly have never had any problems *20% discount a month with the company I work for
Supposedly this is now available on the front page of your mytmobile account, but since I have a family plan I can't confirm it.
