OK...finally got P2Kman to see my V3. I had to do the registery hack documented in the P2Kman help file.

    Read the docs.....go figure.

Now...researching how to bump up the ear piece speaker (not speakerphone speaker) volume.

All the new hacks for the gain table are listed in the new updated seem map.

Yes. It looks like it's not a mod to one of the seems, but a change to the gain_table.bin. More to follow.

DONE. Adusted the 0D offset from 01 to 05 in the gain_table.bin file.

Noticeably louder....time well spent. Thanks for the help Jay.

Yeah, just watch, you don't increase the BT mic volume too much now, or else it will echo if it is too high.

I'm sorry. I thought one of the things you were changing was the BT speaker volume. That's what I get for not checking the seem map when you listed the offset... :rotfl:

Whenever P2Kman doesn't want to see my phone I just install and run Motorola PST. Don't know why, but it works for me.

Try running P2Kman at the same time MPT is running and see what happens. If not, then you probably have to try it in another computer. Are you sure your MS Windows is all updated with the latest patches/drivers and you are using the latest P2Kman software?
