So, I have my phone set on open to answer, and on my last phone when I ended a call I could simply close the phone and it would automatically hang up, but for some reason with the razr it doesn't hang up when you close the phone. Is there a way to change this or do I just have to keep hitting the hang up button everytime I finish a call?
    Thanks:)

I've never heard of that. It should hang up when you flip closed unless you have the speakerphone on. (With he exception of the V3xx - It hangs up on speakerphone conversations when the flip is closed.) Exactly what model V3 do you have, how old is it, and has there been any modding done to it?

i feel like a total tool now. I use speaker phone a lot so I guess if it doesn't work with speakerphone on, my problem has been answered. The phone is brand new. I have only had it for 2 weeks and haven't had anything done to it. It's just a regular (if there is such a thing) V3. Thanks for coming up with suggestions so quickly. It's much appreciated. The motorola is taking some getting used to after my crappy little sony ericsson z520!! :)

That's one thing I love about the Motorolas. I often chat away with the flip closed on speakerphone. I usually just say "Bye, Talk to ya later" at the end of the conversation and just put the phone down. The call disconnects about 5 seconds after the other party hangs up. If you really need to terminate the call yourself (like when calling voicemail) you have to hit end.

    This is off the subject,

I love Motorola phones, however they freeze from time to time. Just remove the battery and reset if you ever have this problem. I also suggest you power the phone off and back on atleast once per day. I had an issue with my alarm clock not working on my razr.
