    This is an article in the NY Times.

    Do Cellphones Cause Brain Cancer?

    Quick Summary: Highly unlikely, but why then do people hold onto the notion.

    I did not read the whole article either. But in my line of work, brain cancer from cell phone use is the least of my worries.

    Reality TV can cause brain cancer (or brain rot, possibly both). There will always be people worrying about something. I guess some people feed off the paranoia. Even if there is some truth to this, will it really make that much of a difference in this already cancerous world?

    These articles are nothing more than fear mongering. There is more risk of death when driving in comparison to possible cancer and subsequent death from cell phones.

    Dr. Oz is a bit of a quack. He espouses a lot of things that have no research to back them up.

    The problem with these articles is that they all say the same thing. They all say that cell phones "COULD" be causing brain cancer. Then always end up with something along the lines of "more studies need to be done".

    Its all BS. Until there is solid scientific proof and that the scientific and healthcare communities can agree on it then, its going in one ear and out the other.
