Last time I was in Hunter, NY was two winters ago. I use Sprint PCS and could only make a call in Hunter roaming on analog. Sprint's signal dissapeared once I got off the NY Thruway. What's the coverage like in Hunter and Windham, NY?

I was in Hunter last year with about 10 friends, using all types of cell services. This is what I remember:

Cell One (Dobson, I think) - best reception in town - 3-5 bars TDMA digital in most places
Verizon - ok reception - 2-3 bars in most places (90% sure it was analog)
ATTWS/Cingular - no reception but roamed on Cell One digital
SprintPCS - no service but roamed on analog (judging by signal strength, probably on Verizon)
    Voicestream/Nextel - no one used them / couldn't check

Given Hunter's popularity, things might have improved by now.
