I glanced at their phones and they look very high priced, plus I didn't see LTE frequencies listed in their specs or what OS they use.
Right away I see at least 2 design flaws: 1) As already mentioned, the connector will probably break, but at very least, with the weight of the phone hanging when attached, it will boh bend the connector and possibly damage the phone. 2) Since the cord is attached at the opposite end ot the connector, if the user tries to (logically) have the phone upright, the cord will prevent the charger from sitting flat on the table. Not a great design.
I am surprised there's not a small tray that pulls out underneath the phone for support. If they put the power cord on the side you could turn the unit 90 degrees and have the phone sit vertically.
Not shown? That's what disappointed me about this product from the start. The website shows very little information on the product. Not enough to make me curious about buying it. Terrible website.
They probably figured with that price tag only clueless people will be buying it anyway, so why bother
