I would recommend you talk to them. They can submit it to a collection agency and eventuallly it will show up on your records as 4+ times the amount you owed them. I had a similar experience when I went from Voicestream to Sprint 4 years back. There was an outstanding balance of $45.00 and then Voicestream went out of business and eventually became T-Mobile. 3 Years after the fact I got a bill for almost $300 from a collection agency working on behalf of T-Mobile. It took me a couple of months and I had pay almost $150.00 to prevent it showing up as a bad credit rating.

T-Mobile can and will send you to collections, charge late fees, any collection fees/attorney fees, and will screw up your credit report. I'd say you should just pay the bill.

Assuming the charges from T-Mobile are legitimate, you should pay them so they don't send it to collections.

Pay the bill. I had a similar experience with TMO I canceleld service no "final" bill was sent and the sent ___ to collections. I was lucky to only have to pay like $29.00 and it was all set! :)
