Northcoast PCS - NY + Boston, MA, when?

Hi. It seems as though Northcoast PCS has been spending money on trying to get its network built up in the markets of Boston and NYC Metro. But I havent heard anything about when it might be ready. I was wondering if anyone happened to hear anything about when this service may come out?

All I have heard was buy the end of summer from some talk. Looking foward to it though.
