I recently sent my 6255i in for repair of cracked hinges and have another that needs to go in for repair of the same problem. Two days before the end of their warranty repair turn around time the status of the phone changed to awaiting parts. To me it is strange that just before the repair is to be completed they realize they need parts. I paid a pretty good chunk of change for the two phones (one purchased end of June and the other the first of August). It sure is disappointing to have such poor quality in my first Nokia phones and poor repair support on the other end. I will be switching back to Motorola very soon!!
