Anyone know if Nokia makes, or plans to make, a quad-band phone covering 850, 900, 1800, and 1900MHz GSM frequencies?

    Thanks

Nokia does not, but IMHO they should.

Slowkia was about two years behind Motorola in bringing out their first tri-band GSM phone. Thus, if history is any guide, one might expect a Nokia quad band GSM phone in early 2006.

This could be changed if their dramatic loss of market share in 1Q 2004 causes Nokia to re-invent itself.
