    Actually the answer is yes. You can call the police, allege that this number is harassing you, have the number traced, and your wireless company will give the number to the police. You'll never get the number yourself, though, and if you aren't actually being harassed (consult an attorney as to the legal definition of telephone harassment as it varies from state to state), you can be charged with filing a false police report.
