Nokia 7210 HELP!!!

    I just got my 7210 today and if anyone wants to know I got it for 374 + S/H through an online store. Anyway heres what my problem is..... IT DOESN'T VIBRATE. I have it turned on in the profiles and it just doesn't do it. Anyone have this problem and know how to fix it??? Please help. Need to know so I can send it back.

    Were you trying to ring the phone while it's plugged in charging? If so, the vibrate will not work.
