Nokia 6800 + m mode?

    hey all,
    its been a while since i've posted here, I've been in England for an extended vacation, first off I want to thank all those who responded to my question about european phones being locked, I found a nice cheap prepaied plan with vodafone, and got a local dealer to unlock my phone

    anywy, i'm back in america for a while, and i've got my dandy nokia with me, and am lookin to use ATT's prepaied services, I was assured that i could go to the att store, get a SIM and thats the end of it...but how does ATT's m-mode work? is there no hope of me using it? or does it come "programmed" on the SIM?

    it will be included in the price of the plan and should work as long as its an awe phone. i cant tell you if it was anothercarriers phone if it will work

    When you buy an AT&T phone, it has mMode already on it. You pretty much need an AT&T SIM for it to work from my experience, too. It's always good to get an mMode plan added-on to your AT&T plan, too, or else you can get slammed with charges.
