I can log onto the internet using my Nokia 3620. But when I try to go to a second page, I get the message "Sending Multi message" and I can't continue. I have erase all of my messages including sent folder and draft folder. I have deleted by Cingular wireless page and started new one. I have reformated my MMC card. Is there any way to erase my phone and restart? Thanks for any comments.
