I have the Nokia 3585i phone, and I use the pay as you go plan because I don't use it often. And whenever I try to check my voicemail an automated voice says "we can not complete your call as dialed, check the number and call again". Does anyone know where I can get a new number in order to check my voicemail? Please and Thank You.
I've never had Simple Freedom plan with ALLTEL. Maybe you are roaming on another network and you have to dial something like your whole cellular number in order to get to your voicemail??? This is just speculation and you may have already done that.
