No Web without Vision?

I didn't upgrade to a Vision plan...now I have no web access not a big deal just wanted to try it out and it doesn't work?

Am I correct in assuming then that you need to upgrade to Vision to get web access?

if you have a non vision phone you are able to get the old WW.

all vision phones must use the vision web charged per KB if you are not on a vision plan. it would make sense to get a vision plan if you have a vision phone and want to use the web on it.
