No Answer Transfer

No it is not. Most offer it now, but not all, and a lot of the older plans did not include it.

 

A quick call to CS would answer that.

That was neither a kind nor helpful comment. Unless the OP has a copy of the bill handy or access to MyAccount, he/she will have to call CS or stop by a store to find out whether his/her plan has the feature.

They didn't ask about their plan, they asked about ALL plans, and I answered that question. Sorry if that ruffled your feathers.

What plan do you have now OP

 

All plans from the Greater Freedom to the Family packs include no-answer-transfer as apart of the FREE bonus pack. These plans have been around for about 2 years so you should qualify unless you're on a plan from back in the day. Even then you can call CS and have them back date your plan (depends on who you get and it might be easier to do it in store since that is at the managers discretion) to a newer plan if you want it.
