I haven't been following this thread just because it seemed a little out of my area (okay, so it is on the opposite shore ).

I read the posts from where you came in. As much as I can determine, you are looking for a carrier and all you want is service that will allow you to make free long distance calls and occasional roadside emergency calls. Is that pretty much what your question is?

You obviously have nothing to contribute or positive to say, and for your info I was born and raised in Jersey and live there 6 months out of the year..so why would I criticize you..???? I don't live all that far from you, down here in the country bumpkin section of Winslow Twp. called Blue Anchor, 1 mile from Hammonton, blueberry capital of the world. And we even have Comcast Cable High Speed Internet here, gas, electric, but still well water and septic guess we're behind the times.......

I thought you can direct connect to anyone that has a Nextel account with direct connect as long as it is in your home calling area. Is this not the case?

 

I am from jersey which give me the comedic right to poke fun at new jerseyans. Comedic License.

Its kinda like that Seinfeld episode where Seinfeld thinks his dentist converted to Judaism; just for the jokes.
