They are taking away all the benefits of nextel www.corporatewireless.com (sells nextel service and they said that they still have the 1 second billing on the national shared plans) Jack
Did they start it back up again? I went in today and spoke with them and they told me that it is still 1 second billing, and will stay that way from now on. True?
I called Nextel CS today - to cancel my work phone, the one year was up. When I was sent to the retention department they asked why I am closeing the account, and I explained to her my bill has never been over $100.00 over the two years I have used your service, and that was because of the per second billing, for the last two bills they have both been over $300.00. I told her I would be happy to stay with them if the kept my plan on per second billing. She stated the only plans were the National shared plans that kept the per second billing the rest is per min. She was very short with me, I guess they are getting alot of these calls. I asked why they did not wait til the end of the contracts to change this, and she rudely said if I was dumb enough to sing a contract with out understanding they (NEXTEL)can change it when ever they want, she did not need to answer any more of my questions. There you go. Best of all after she gave me my comfirmation number she hung up on me.
