    Hello all.

I kinda just surfed on in and decided to join your forum. Right now havn't got a lot to say, so for now I'll just sit on the sidelines.

I mainly joined to learn what you fine folks have to say or if anyone has a recommendation on an AT&T cell phone that is relatively bullet proof because I work outside I'm all ears. I'm more than willing to trade "features" like camera, internet or even texting for reliability.

    Peace

    Hi Welcome to the forum!

My husband and son are VERY tough on cell phones!! We have had Verizon for years and have been Really happy with there Military Spec. phones that are from Casio.

My son lost his in the woods for a week last fall, they have been tossed on the dash of the truck with the defrosters on high.

Recently we have been looking at AT&T, the carry the Motorola Barrarge I thinks its called. When we were playing with it at the store the other day it did not feel a tough as the Casio, but I would definately take a look at it if your planning on going with AT&T.

    Good Luck:cool2:

Ummmm... that would be Verizon that carries the Motorola Barrage and the Casio line of indestructible phones :)

AT&T offers the Samsung Rugby II for the OP's purposes:

The other fairly recent "rugged" at&t model you may want to take a look at is the Motorola Tundra.

It is not still available directly from at&t, but you can probably still find them on eBay or at some of the on-line third party resellers.
