newbie: software for logos and ringtones for 3390?

    hi. excuse me for being a newbie to this but for nokia 3390 on the t-mobile network, where can i get or what kind of software do i need to transfer ringtones and wallpapers from my pc to the phone? i already have a cable. thanks.
