Ok, I"m with Cingular right now. They're introucing their GSm system soon over here. They will operate on 850/1900 mhz. They will also host TDMA and Analog. Now, my question is what phones can be put on this system. I've been looking at the Samsung SGHs105 but it is 900/1800/1900. Will this still operate on the Cingular system? Please tell me what phones will. thanks.

If you are on Cingular, then you should look at the Nokia 6340 models. They are GAIT phones that do analog, TDMA, and GSM.

Wait for the Ericsson T62U, it's a better size than those clunky 6300's.

The 6340i is what's available but it looks to be an ugly phone. I want the Samsung 105 but it's only compatible with a 9000/1800/1900 system. Cingular will be 850/1900.
