Nice! The 3-day weekend promo is great. I am considering changing and renewing my contract for this! It would be great to be able to talk a lot on Friday afternoons when you are planning your night with people. It seems like I do a lot of calling between 4 and 7 on Fridays!

Yeah, I noticed that when I called last night, the guy said 850 anytime minutes and my notes stated that the $69.99 plan had 800. I'm pretty lucky, I guess. The $69.99 Family Time plan with 50 more anytime minutes and the current deal on the Samsung e315. I picked a great time to become a T-Mobile customer. I called to confirm a few things last night, tonight I call to place my order and I will finally join the ranks of T-Mobile... as long as the coverage is as good as I think it is here everything should be fine.

Hopefully you will be happy. I have been very impressed with the coverage while I have been with them!

I will let you know in a week... my wife and I are going to go on a mad coverage test the day we get the phones. If they don't work up to our expectations they're getting call tagged and sent back the next day.

The e315 deal is excellent. Report back once you start the service.

Oh I will, don't worry. I'll post a review for the phone and for T-Mobile's coverage in and around Manhattan, Kansas. I'm totally dorking out over this which my wife thinks is hilarious. How ever long the phones take to get here will be too long. Finally, we get to have new phones that have never been used by anyone other than us and that have reasonably up-to-date technology. Not that we really need a camera (my wife is really excited about picture ID, though) but a color screen will be nice. I just hope I can adjust to the Samsung's menu after having used Motorolas for almost two years... speaking of which, I can't believe I'm even considering buying a non-Motorola handset, I must be sick or something.

So I ordered my plan and handsets on Sunday. Right now, two beautiful Samsung SGH-E315s are rushing to my house. I was surprised to learn that my "activation kit" includes a hands-free kit which was an added bonus. The activation rep was helpful and nice, I can see why they won the J.D. Power award for CS. Can't wait to get my new phone. :D

I was going to get the v600 in Dec or Jan but the deal was too good on the E315 so we decided to activate now, we only paid $20 each up front and get that back with a mail-in rebate. I'll just get a v600 on eBay in a few months time. Probably get a v70 too but the E315 will be fine for the time being. I just don't have the $$ for a v600 right now. :(

Every TM handset kit includes a handsfee device. They aren't fancy, but they work. This goes back to the VoiceStream days. Some Samsungs have a holtser insinde, and my s105 even came with 2 batteries.

Sweet... two batteries wouldn't be a bad thing. I'm not really concerned about the hands-free kit that much, I'll probably only use it when I'm driving.

I use mine to multitask. I love to be on the phone when I'm doing something boring I need both hands with; that's the only time I use my hands free kit.

The one that came with the E105 was decent, but a little muffled. It is definitely a giveaway headset...

Well, it isn't as though I'm expecting a Motorola HS810 or anything. It would be nice to have one so I could use it while I was driving, although with my exhaust leak I probably still won't be able to hear. People pay hundreds of dollars to make their cars sound like mine and all I want is a quiet car... ironic, no?

Have you received the phones yet? That phone looks amazing! I am very jealous and I have a decent phone!
