I upgraded from a Nextel phone to a Sprint phone on Monday and immediately was unable to receive text messages from Alltel customers. I have spoken with Sprint customer service (for a total of about 3 hours since Monday night) to no avail. Anybody have any suggestions on what this might be. They have verified the port went through and they have reactivated the phone (Samsung M520). Any help would be appreciated - even suggestions I could pass along to Sprint customer service.
