    Will be available OTA on Februrary 3rd and in stores on Februrary 7th. There are no significant changes to report on this new PRL other than cost savings to Sprint.

    Hah-cost savings to Sprint; I hope this doesnt mean worse service for Sprint roamers...well, probably just Priority changes then I bet.

    It does not affect roaming coverage at all according to the internal release.

    Yes unfortunately you do still have to talk to a rep. :mad: Sprint was suppose to implement auto updates two months ago but for some reason it fell through. Most Sprint customers are baffled as to why Sprint wouldn't want to make the updating process easier. Instead we have to take up the time of customer service/tech support to get them to set up our accounts for the update. Makes absolutely no sense.

    You actually talk to Claire? Not me I use one of the direct 'get around Claire numbers' which usually has no wait time. :)

    That is why I like Verizon's system now......*228, then hit 2 and wait a little over a minute for the whole process.....1 min. and 5 seconds or something like that. Hit ok to reboot the phone, and the PRL is updated. :)

    Well not only that, but I often had to wait minutes to be able to have a rep flag my account...definitely need some upgrading there!

    I amost never have to wait when I call. I don't call the regular customer service number or *2. I have a direct number that gets priority over the others. :)

    But be honest, normal people, not people like you, have to wait ;)
    Awesome that you got your hands on a priority number, though. Is the rep able to tell that you used a priority number to call in?
