The Touch Diamond is out. If you are into anything like dataphones this is huge. It's HTC's biggest baddest phone yet. Edit: I guess it's preorder. I missed that small detail.

Probably once the Touch Pro is out I don't doubt it. I think we may be able to get it before the buyout. I sure hope so.

I'm sure since Sprint is releasing it should be, I can't imagine HTC sales reps not pushing hard to get it out before december.... but then again would it be better for HTC to wait and only have to configure one device? Since Alltel and VZW are still competitors, I wonder how that's going to play out.
I played with the Diamond the day before release and was really impressed. I am hoping to get it before the merger goes through. The wife isn't happy about the cost of a data plan but what the heck.
My brother-in-law who lives up in Lawrence just bought the Touch Pro on his Sprint plan Sunday. WOW....what a nice improvement from my HTC Touch. The Diamond looks mighty tempting!!
I just dont think I could get used to the "bulkiness" of the PRO...the KB would be nice but its SO much thicker than my Touch.
