These are the models which are due out during Q2:

    Nokia 5140: www.nokiausa.com/phones/5140
    Nokia 6230: www.nokiausa.com/phones/6230
    Nokia 6620: www.nokiausa.com/phones/6620
    Nokia 7610: http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=505
    Nokia 7700(*): http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=415 and www.nokia.com/phones/7700
    Nokia N-Gage QD: http://www.n-gage.com/qd

(*) - As bobolito pointed out, the 7700 lacks GSM 850 at this stage thus making it unlikely that Cingular would pick up it. T-Mobile is the most likely provider to get 7700 due to the GSM 1900-only setup T-Mobile has.

More to add/revise as time progresses.

The 7700 doesn't have GSM 850. Are you sure this will be for North America?

To be honest bobolito, the only provider as you may know who might remotely consider carrying the 7700 would be T-Mobile. Since it lacks 850, I don't think Cingular will pick it up. It's the first Series 90 release so T-Mobile would not be very likely to pass this one up. T-Mobile went after the 6600 too even though for a while there was uncertainty as to whether T-Mobile would carry it or not. So it's best to wait and see.

Those phones posted here don't look that bad. I have noticed lately that Nokia is coming out with some UGLY phones. Are they trying to redesign the phone? :)

Which phone do you mean, NokiaKrazy? You mean the general design of their candybar shaped phone in general? I like the variety they have going on right now. Looks like Nokia is trying target a wider spectrum of users instead of just business travelers etc.

And there is a phone that looks like a birth control pill case. I can't find it right now.

Yup I know the 5100, got it last year. Quite a nice phone, withstands the dust quite well and water makes little impact as long as it's just drops.

Withstands dust. Hmmmm. That is what I need. I find myself cleaning out my phone once every 6 months. I might withdraw that ugly statement.

I don;t know about those ones. Take me some getting used to the buttons. Like the 1 and the 4 button are the same, just press the top or the bottom of the button.

Personally, I wouldn't mind one of the new color screen phones that Nokia has just come out. 3586 or something like that.

I think TMO will probably release it as well. They look to be trying to get EDGE up and running in major markets quickly, so I don't see why they wouldn't carry it. Also, I wonder if there will be an 850 version?

Yes could be that there might be a GSM 850 version but I haven't found anything to support that theory.

Yeah Yeah! That is the one! Thats the one I had in mind. Cell One tells me that they have a new Nokia on its way. Person I spoke with just doesn't know which one. I bet this is the one.

I just seen on their website that they are offering the 3587i. Seems to be ok. I'm not going to jump into it just yet. I will sit still and see what happens.
