    Hello,

I'm still kind of new to these boards and had a question. I've asked many friends and family in my area what provider seems to have the best service. The answer was cingular. My only problem is that I wasn't happy with their phones.

I was searching the internet and found the Nokia 9500 or 9300 and contacted Cingular but they no longer carry this phone. This is my dream phone as it resembles Verizon's LG ENV. I also saw pictures for the new Nokia E90.

Does anyone know when this is due to be released? Also, you can no longer purchase the Nokia 9500 or 9300 and activate it with Cingular, is that correct?

Unless there's some surplus stock of 9300 left at a store your chances of getting one are minimal. There's no telling whether E90 will be released in the US at all, the global release of E90 is supposed to be Q2-Q3 timeframe.

Have you looked on eBay? That's the kind of thing that is likely to show up in great numbers, both "new" and used. All standard eBay caveats apply. Of course, if it is a Cingular branded one, you can activate it on Cingular. If it's an unlocked, unbranded one, make sure it is the US version. It's not available from Nokia directly according to this page.
