This plate is the only saving grace for my 720. If I dont find it I'll probably upgrade to the a530. If I do, I can probably sit tight till June/July for the Samsung A610 Camera Phone [IMG]

Cioni2k, why are you giving up on your T720? I'm aware of the problems it has had since its debut but hasn't the software updates improved or solved them? I'd like to know because I just bought one and it's been great for me, so far that is. I'm in the process of writing a review to post here but I'm curious to your troubles with it

Basically because I have really high standards for my cellphones. I owned a Samsung A500 once and man that was great. I base all my purchases so far off of that phone.

Basically my T720 is Overridden with Quality Conotrol Issues.

-The Seals around the screen are bad, so I have an UNBELIEVABLE amount of Dust Underneath the main screen.
-My T720 Squeaks and creaks a ton and does not feel solid at all.
-My 4 key (And some of my 1, and 7 keys). Are GREEN. Thats ridiculous. (VZW store wouldnt do anything about it)

And then other issues I dont like
-Cant Ring+Vibrate at the same time
    -Ringers are painfully soft
-Earpiece/Speaker is reallyl soft. In loud/outside areas, there's some times I cant even hear it.
    -Battery life is below average
-Vibrate is very soft. Sometimes I miss the vibrate completely
-My phone Jumps from 2-4 bars to No Service then Back a lot

And another personal issue, I know literally 8-10 close friends that have this phone, and I always need to stand out lol [IMG]

To Be compleltely honest, I would recomend (If you are in your 15 day period) to return it and get the LG VX4400, but if you enjoy it, good luck with it

for the person who was talking about the verizon logo, and how the other one is different....was it just a v with a . if so thats motorolas model logo, the vdot, that/this phone is sometimes refered to as the v720....

jgold47, reading this and your other post makes me think that you're not exactly aware of the faceplate we're looking for. we've look on ebay and nothing. if you had seen the first picture posted you would have seen that there isn't a v with a dot, it clearly says verizon and the logo v that is usually found over the v in verizon is to the left of the word. if you really do have this faceplate be nice enough to inform us as to where to get it. thanks

    I agree Jediknight.

Jgold, if you really do have this new one please tell us where you got it. If you actually have the Asian t720i plate then, well [IMG] lol

different in terms of the phone itself or physically/cosmetically different? as far as the phones are concerned, motorolas' website will be better at outlining the differences but cosmetically some people are referring to the faceplate that we're looking for as the T725, I don't know if they are correct but it's a way of differentiating it from the T720.
