I have two Verizon phones. The first is a Samsung phone which has the America's Choice 450 minute plan on it. It was bought in July 2005. I also have a PC5740 which has the unlimited BroadbandAccess plan on it. It was bought in January 2006. When I sign into my account online, it says that I can upgrade my PC5740 line now with a $100 credit. If I switch to the other line it says that I can upgrade my other phone in May 2007. I did some checking, and it looks like My Account online users can upgrade phones after 1 year if the plan is over $50 a month (which the BroadbandAccess is). My question is if I upgrade my PC5740 phone now, will this affect the upgrade to the Samsung phone in May?
since you have two different plans it shouldn't make a difference, you're just changing/re-signing one plan and so your other upgrade option should still be available
because they are on two different accounts I'd call customer service about the one showing no upgrade till may and ask them why, it should be available for upgrade, and the fact that they are on two seperate accounts might actually work in your favor, just call from a landline or the phone that you want to discuss and it will pull up just that account and don't bother telling them you have another account....
what they dont know.........or in the case of a billing system........what they dont notice........wont hurt them..........
