Thanks Joe, the remblance is truly amzing. Alltel sure has great commercials. I always watch for them on TV even though there is no Alltel in my area.
Wow.. the vzw guy doesn't say anything... I think the combined vzw alltel commercials could be pretty funny if done right.
I was watching a shoot-em up movie the other day and the Cingular guy was playing desk clerk in a hotel, with a face full of zits... seems odd to see them in other roles.
yep.. that's the one.... I was at a business expo once, and a Sprint rep asked me why the sprint guy got replaced, I told her that he had been laid off... (this was a week after Sprint laid off a ton of workers.) She thought it was funny and sad at the same time... I hope once the vzw merger takes place they figure out a way to keep the phone guys. The only vzw commercial I have liked lately is the one with the construction guy in the cement... just because it's a response to the Nextel construction ads.
I actually met "Alltel Chad'' once at an Alltel promotion we had here in town. I worked at it and Chad was the ''celebrity'' there, so we met him since we were working at it. He seemed alright, though it seemed like the ''fame'' might have been getting to his head..
