Well, Alltel has a new PRL (20034) out that I just downloaded on one of our 4 phones.

Reading on HoFo, It looks like Verizon is now preferred over Sprint,
but this PRL is so far only available to divested customers.

Overall, is this new PRL better than 20033 / 30033?
I don't want to download it to my phone yet until I'm sure what other changes were made.

Are there any other new changes that are known yet?

Any new neg's or positive adds?

PRL Interpretations hasn't even added 20033 / 30033 yet, which has been out since about late summer 2008.

I just want to know if Sprint will be neg'd anywhere,
although I think that would be wrong since there is an agreement between them,
and Verizon must honor those agreements for the next 4 years.

I live near a divest border, which also means that when the market I live in gets divested,
I may lose the handoffs with the non-divested market just a few miles away. :(

I doubt if Sprint will be neg'd anywhere. I'm glad to hear that V is now 1st and Sprint is 2nd. I just need to see it for myself.

Yeah, I saw that thread. I am beginning to wonder if anyone knows for sure what is in the new PRL. I think everyone is just guessing and assuming.

The Roaming Zone-PRL Page has past translations but not for the new prl. Not for this one.

A *228 usually works, but if not,
    1) Download the latest PRL off of corolada.com and put it in \My Documents
    2) Dial ##778 and push send (green button).
    3) Push Edit and put in 000000 for the passcode.
    4) Push Menu->Edit and then it will probably should show up.
    5) It should be updated.
