So... I guess I was that stupid girl that bought something online because the auction was ending in 28 seconds...
anyways. I'm with T-Mobile. my phone broke and i couldn't afford a new one, so i bought a Motorola C186i ... which I guess is AT&T friendly(maybe pre-paid?). I stuck in my SIM, turned it on and it asked for NETWORK ID
    what's that?
does this mean it's locked? if so, i read the sticky about T-Mobile unlocks, but i keep reading something about plugging in the motorola into your computer to unlock it... would the T-Mobile unlock code even work, then?
    thanks so so much...

yeah a tmob2go will work fine for you, and let this be a lesson...never by a phone from private party unless it comes with an unlock code...from my experience anyway:biggrin:
