I am currenty out of contract with sprint and have been with sprint for 12 + years. i have 2 phones on my current basic family plan. i would like to like to upgrade my family plan to the "everything data family" (1500 minutes) but it doesn't include direct connect and they want me to pay an additional $20 (for 2 direct connect lines). i am also planning on buying 2 new phones. Does anyone have any suggestions on: - how I should go about negotiating getting direct connect either for free or at a lower rate. - what sprint department / sprint level employee i should talk to. - any particular buzz words or terms i should use when negotiating - if this is even worth my time Thanks everyone..
your best bet is calling the retentions department to ask what they can do for you because you're thinking of going to another carrier.
