Hello. I'm hoping someone could point me to perhaps an online manual for my cell phone. Actually, it is not my cell phone, but one loaned to me by a friend.

The cell phone would not "ring" or "vibrate". I noticed on its screen that it said "Silence All". I had a suspicion about that, so I GOOGLEd ' verizon wireless + "Silence All" ', and low and behold I found this site, and there was a posting that helped with that problem. Actually, it probably was the "old" forum.

On my cell phone is "LG". I suspect that has something to do with the model number because in the posting I read the poster mentioned "LG VX4400". Another poster hinted that there other "LG" models.

My question is, how can I determine which specific "LG" model I have? And, if it is possible do do that, is there a website I can go to to get a manual for that model?

    Thanks.

The model number is usually on a sticker underneath the battery with lots of other numbers. Once you know that you can ask in the LG forum, or go to their website and look up the manual. Many cell phone mfr's have standard procedures that span most, if not all models they make. Try asking in the LG forum, you may get an answer.
