Need Programming code for Sanyo PM-8200

Hi!

I'm new here and this is my first post. Looks like there's a lot of people here, though!

I bought this PM-8200 Sanyo phone to replace a lost phone.
I have CRICKET
I went to CRICKET to get the phone programmed but they didn't have the codes..they had it for the 8100 etc... but not this one...the lady suggested I go online and try to find the user's manual for this phone and do it myself.

My screen name is Phoenician Gal actually..lol....that's what ya call someone who lives in Phoenix, FYI...thanks for reading this and I hope there's someone who can help. This is an awesome way to communicate on anything wireless! Way cool!
