    Need help!
I have an E815 and would like to use it as an mp3 player. Question is can I download directly from my computer or do I need a microflash card? Someone on Ebay is offering a music essentials kit for this model; see:

Is this all I would need?

Please give detailed info as I have searched and searched and cannot find an answer...thanks!

First of all, welcome to Wireless Advisor!

You will either need a data cable or Bluetooth to transfer music files to your Motorola e815. You don't need a transflash card but the internal memory of the e815 won't allow you to save all the many songs.

Is your e815 Verizon-branded? If so, OBEX (object exchange) may be disabled, meaning that Verizon may have blocked the ability of the phone to receive files using a data cable or Bluetooth connection. The e815 is capable of OBEX but I don't know if Verizon's software allows OBEX.

Also, there is no need to post the same question twice.

    Thanks Motohooligan!

Would you suggest I purchase the accessory package on Ebay?
