NEED HELP my unlocked razr v3 browser does not connect

    hi

    My cellphone is a suncom razr v3 unlocked and i'm using it for cingular. I found a configuration for it but it says GPRS Network not Available. Is there any form in which I can connect to the internet. Please Help. I'm from Puerto Rico

    validate the settings there...

    Done that. Still the same it says GPRS Network not Available. Thanx anyways.
    I STILL NEED HELP PLEASE!

    when you follow the directions below do you see the websessions menu?... if so ensure it is set to default.... if not... you need a flex update...you can find directions for that over in the moto forum

    if the websessions menu is there...it is set to default and your browser is configured and you still cannot access media net call customer care to ensure your phone has GPRS access

    From the standby screen, press the Menu key.


    Scroll to and select Settings.


    Scroll to and select Web Access.


    Scroll to and select Web Sessions.


    Scroll to "MEdia Net"or "Cingular", then press the Menu key.


    Select Set Default.
