Need Application for Land Lease for Cell Phone Tower

    I am Janie and new to this. I have some land and want to lease it to Verizon Wireless for cell phone coverage. Where can I find an application?

    Hi Janie,

    I don't quite believe that it works like that, I would have to imagine that Verizon or another carrier will have to approach you not the other way around. Verizon would have to 1. see a need for the site, 2. see enough potential revenue and 3. find your land a suitable location to cover their needs.

    Generally speaking, what nKrypteD1 said is correct. However, you could try to contact a "vertical real-estate company" (ie: tower company) like Crown Castle, who rents out tower space to anyone who wants it.
