My phone is only 2 days old and I got it from Verizon in Glendale, California. I had been using it with the BT250 headset for several hours now. My phone locked up trying to find my Jabra BT250 headset (which was in my other hand). I pressed a few buttons to unlock it but then it went to the main screen, my background disappeared, and I lost service. So I tried to power cycle, and when I turn on my phone now, I see the Hellomoto logo, then my home screen appears, with no background anymore, and no service. Then the screen shuts off after 5 seconds. If I hold the power button down, the screen will turn on and off every few seconds or so. If I don't press anything the screen automatically shuts off. I have to remove the battery to fully shut off the phone - and when I power cycle again, it does the same thing.

I am rather disappointed to say the least - I'm gonna give Moto and Verizon one more chance - then sadly to say I'll have to return my V710 for an A670.

I don't remember anyone else having this problem. Maybe it has something to do with the limited Bluetooth functionality, as the glitch first occurred when trying to locate my Jabra headset... :(

I am sorry that your joy and excitement of a new phone has turned to disappointment. This is one of the reasons I would not put down hard earned money on a phone before it has been in use at least 3 or 4 months.
