My Sprint Temporarily Unavailable

    So I just tried to login to My Sprint and the following page came up:


    I hope/fear that they are working on switching my account from P2K over to Ensemble. Is anyone else having this issue? Or am I an isolated case?

    Thanks PCS User for the info! It looks like a lot of people were having the same issue today...

    I was just able to log in. Everything looks the same... no changes or updates to report.

    I didn't have this message. I was able to log in fine 3 times today.

    Oops I spoke too soon. All of a sudden now I can't log in. It keeps rejecting my username and password even though I am entering the right ones.

    I can't log-in either, but my account is currently being converted from P2K to Ensemble between December 3 and December 6.

    I wonder if this is why others are having problems with their log-ins?

    How do you know when you're being converted? I wasn't informed of it.

    Well, I received a text message reminder last week notifying that I would be converted. Also, I received a bill insert in my bill in the mail about a month or two ago talking about the new bill format and its benefits.

    Hmm I've never received any texts from Sprint and didn't notice any inserts in my billing.

    I have noticed that a lot of people getting a 1st class letter from Sprint about changing account information. I need to check my mail at home to see it I got one, I hope it is about the conversion. I have paperless billing and have not recieved a text message yet. And my online account has been working perfectly lately.

    To let you all know.

    I called up Business Customer service to get a generic question answered. Then asked about the migration. They transffered me to Business Retentions.

    From there the Retentions Specialist told me that my account WAS notated to be migrated from P2K to Ensemble - BEFORE the 7th of December.

    Yet, I never got a text, phone call, nor a letter in the mail... so who knows...

    i got the text message a week before it happened............i got migrated on Dec. 3-6 and i also got the bill insert...........my mom got migrated as well however and she didn't gfet either the text or the insert
