so my phone has been working fine..it has little problems occasionaly but nothing big. but today as i went to make a call the screen was just white and i couldnt do anything so i turned it off and tried to start it again and had no luck so i take the battery out and theres a red dot where you can put your memory card in but the dot on the battery is white so i dont think it could be water and ive always rememberd the dot being red anyways. any suggestions? also just a little while ago it finally acted right but as soon as a closed the phoen and opend it again it went white so i dont know.
The dot is white normally. It turns red when exposed to water. Some people have reported it can turn red from body sweat, so joggers should not carry the phone in a pocket, and don't leave it in the bathroom when showering. CM
mine also has the white screen ill open itand the screen is white the ill close it and reopen and it might be white or maybe my home screen or sometimes i open it and it is all in blue then white.. some time when i am doing thing liek i open it and it will be fine then all of a sudden i go to text someone and back to the white screen.. Drives me nutzzzz any ideas?
My friend Lisa had the same problem, its the battery. She has the Moto Razr V3 and has had it for 2 years, about 3 months ago she had that problem, so she ordered a new battery and it works fine now. She got her's here for 12.99 and it works great!
