I finally purchased my new Razr, after much research. Many reviews were not good, but I am finding the phone to be very nice! I have no battery issues, and the reception is better than my two old LGs. The menu is not as intuitive, but it's not that big of a deal. Voice quality is excellent. The camera works well.

I hope this helps some of you who are on the fence with this phone.

Actually, I was aware of this new phone. I did not want this version, as I just wanted a phone and not a music player. Plus, I'm sure the pricing will be high on the new launch.

I continue to enjoy the phone. I'm still getting used to the
    Verizon UI, however.....

I just bought one, too. I love the size but the battery seems a bit short. I'm hoping after a few charges it'll get a bit more talk time in it. I'm in SF with solid EV coverage, so it's not that.

I don't care about music on a Razr, so no biggie about the V3m.

I bought one for my mom too. It came out to $79.99 with a 2 yr CSR. The only issue I had was that they sent a bum charger with the phone. I noticed a blue dot with a date on the box and when I inquired about it, the rep told me that just signifies when the firmware was added. I knew it was BS since a coworker who used to work for Sprint told me they did the same thing. Whenever a customer needs a replacement and if they're out of stock, they simply take a new one out of the box, replace it with the old one and mark it.

just got a Razr myself.. what upsets me is that i now find out that if i want to use the cool abilities of the phone i either have to pay or "hack" my phone.
