Seldom need one but recently been doing travel and both wife and I need to recharge, and not near an outlet.

10,000 mAh. Two device charging 2.1A charge and charge pass though. $69.

    Mophie Power Station XL.

(I still have a smaller from them and still works well)

Interesting, haven't even heard of them. It's always Anker I hear about, how did you find/choose this?

They were 1st with batteries and iPhone battery cases. Higher quality than Anker, a bit more money. Word is their batteries are 1st tier, not 2nd.

The small one I first got is probably 10 years old and still going. Rugged cases.

Also purchased their Mophie iPhone case 10 years ago, but then the phone changed sized. External is the best in the long run.
It was called the juice pack. From 2005.

As an interesting note, I paid $10 more for my Mophie 4,000 mAh power station in 2012 than the Mophie 10,000 mAh coming next week.

    $79 vs $69.

Also found my invoice for the 2011 Mophie Juice Pack battery iPhone 4 case. $79.
